Service Contract
Each purchased copy of our software comes with
one year Free Technical Support and software upgrades from the date of purchase. After the first year, this yearly support contract is renewable for 25% of the current price of the product being renewed.
Service Contract Renewal
Once your service contract for free upgrades and technical support has expired, you may choose to continue these services for an additional year. Licenses must be renewed within one month of expiration of the previous service contract in order to take advantage of the renewal price. Licenses not renewed within one month of the previous service contracts expiration will forfeit their right of renewal. For pricing, please refer to our pricing page.
