CommandGen


Allows the user to create SCSI, SAS, ATA Commands, as well as buffer responses based on field and bit values, or look them up from a base set of over 600 commands to find information and descriptions of their fields and automatically determine their values. The intuitive and familiar interface retains maximum power and is a useful reference as well.

CommandGen is a new addition to the Extreme Development System as well as bundled with Extreme SCSI and Scriptgen. Extreme SCSI and Scriptgen use the CommandGen files and interface to configure SCSI/ATA/SAS commands and modify/view data buffers.

The free version is called CommandGuide, and allows the user to look up all of the most popular commands as a reference tool and command-calculator, but can not save files and does not support every command. For users that need more power and commands supported, Extreme SCSI will allow you to issue commands as well as use it as a reference tool!
